SMS terms and conditions
Program description
King SFR LLC sends text messages to people who have asked to hear from us about a property or inquiry. Messages include replies to your questions, follow-up on a valuation or offer, scheduling for showings and inspections, and closing-related reminders.
Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on a form on this site, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from King SFR LLC at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, offer, listing, or service. The consent box is never pre-checked, and you can submit any form without checking it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most recipients receive fewer than ten messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message sent and received.
Opting out
