Built
in the
field.
Realtor. Investor. Husband. Dad. I don't talk about real estate — I do it. Here's how I got here and what drives me.
Started from scratch.
Still in it.
I got my license in February 2018 — Rookie of the Year in my first year, top-5 producing agent including teams by 2022. I've done 500+ closings, 30+ personal flips, and served as the acquisition and disposition arm for a private equity group out of North Carolina with 150+ institutional closings.
I'm not telling you that to impress you. I'm telling you because the people I work with — whether they're selling a house they can't afford to fix, or deploying capital into multifamily — deserve to know they're dealing with someone who has actually done this work at volume. Real volume. Not weekend warrior volume.
I run multiple LLCs, and currently have the largest deal of my career — a 1,200+ unit Tennessee portfolio — under contract. Meanwhile, I'm flipping single-family homes in Tulsa, building content, and trying to be home for dinner.
What actually drives me.
My faith comes first — not as a tagline, but as the actual filter I run decisions through. I'm married to Paige. We have three kids. We live on four acres outside Tulsa. My work is stewardship, not status.
That means I don't put deals in front of my family. It also means that when I shake someone's hand, I intend to honor it. This business has a lot of people in it who will tell you whatever closes the deal. I'm not built that way.
Faith First
My relationship with God is the primary filter for how I operate — in deals, in commitments, in the way I treat people.
Honesty Over Comfort
I'll tell you a deal doesn't work. I'll tell you your house isn't worth what you think. I'd rather lose a deal than mislead someone.
Real Wealth
Assets, cash flow, and discipline. Not speculation. Not hype. The boring stuff that actually compounds over decades.
By the numbers.

Including Venice, FL disposition

Let's talk directly.
Whether you're selling, buying, or deploying capital — I'd rather talk for 10 minutes than trade emails for a week.
