How I got here.
I started in 2018 and haven't stopped. Rookie of the Year my first year. Built a business that spans brokerage, personal flips, and investment acquisitions.
I've worked as the acquisition and disposition arm for a private equity group, sourcing and closing portfolio deals, working directly with institutional capital. I understand how PE groups underwrite, what they need to see, and how to move deals through.
On the residential side I broker single family, income-producing properties, and portfolios. I've flipped multiple homes in Tulsa personally, acting as my own general contractor.
Beyond brokerage, I'm currently partnered on a ground-up multifamily development in Tulsa.
What drives me.
Faith first. I'm married to Paige and we have three kids. We live on four acres outside Tulsa. Real estate is how I provide and build. Not a brand, just how I work.
I'll tell you when a deal doesn't make sense. I'd rather lose a deal than mislead someone about what their house is worth or what I can pay for it.
