This website, kevnking.com, is operated by King SFR LLC, a limited liability company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. King SFR LLC purchases residential property directly from owners. Kevin King, the principal of King SFR LLC, is also a licensed Oklahoma real estate sales associate (OREC #178419) affiliated with McGraw Realtors, and brokerage services referenced on this site are provided through that brokerage.

Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and what is needed to respond to you.
Information you provide directly
- Contact information — your name, mobile or landline phone number, email address, and preferred contact method and time, submitted through the forms on this site.
- Property information — the address, condition, size, occupancy, and other details of a property you ask us to evaluate, along with your timeline, price expectations, and any notes you choose to include.
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, and voicemails you send us, and our records of those exchanges.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer questions about your property.
- To prepare and communicate a valuation, an offer, or a listing recommendation.
- To follow up with you about a property or inquiry you have already contacted us about.

What messages you will receive

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us; most people receive fewer than ten messages per month.
Cost, opting out, and help
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent, and we will send no more. Mobile information and third parties
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
To state it plainly: we do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or your SMS consent to anyone. We do not provide it to lead generators, data brokers, affiliates, marketing partners, or other real estate businesses. Consent you give King SFR LLC belongs to King SFR LLC alone and is not passed to any other sender.
When we share information at all
We share personal information only in these situations, and never for anyone else's marketing:
- Service providers we rely on to operate — our website host, form processor, email provider, and text messaging platform. They process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Transaction participants — if you choose to move forward with a sale or listing, the parties a real estate transaction requires: the title company, lender, brokerage, inspectors, and the other side's representatives.
- Legal obligations — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or the record-keeping rules that apply to licensed Oklahoma real estate professionals.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from all sharing described above except where a service provider is required to deliver the message you asked for.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and property information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a transaction results, for the period Oklahoma real estate record-keeping rules require. If you opt out of text messages, we retain a record of that opt-out permanently so that we do not message you again. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted transmission of form submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers through the forms on this site.
Your choices and rights
- Stop text messages — reply STOP to any message, or contact us directly.
- Stop email — use the unsubscribe link or ask us.
- Access, correct, or delete — email kevin@kingmachine.co and tell us what you want changed or removed, and we will act on it within 30 days unless a law or our record-keeping obligations require otherwise.
We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under state privacy laws, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for basic functionality and simple traffic measurement. We do not run third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing the ability to use the site or submit a form.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
